All sales become final once the legal withdrawal period has ended, where applicable.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and with all original packaging.

Handmade items

Each Madly bag is handmade in small batches. Slight variations in texture, finish or detail are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can help.
